The Giving Tree
The Giving Tree is one of my all time favorites and will be a book I read to my students every year. I would read this to kindergartners through sixth graders. This is a great book for promoting kindness and sharing with others. After reading a fun activity would be for the kids to make kindness cards that say "Thank you for helping me today" and give them out throughout the year.
